The Activity
The group is split into teams, each being given a selection of parts and the blue print of a contraption they have to build. Each team's first reaction is to work in isolation and compete with the others.
Through a series of objectives and riddles teams soon realize that in order to complete the whole task they must work together and share parts and information.
Once each team has built their element of the contraption, all teams must work as one to slot the elements together in the correct sequence and run the Chain ReAction. Participants experience a sense of camaraderie and the satisfaction and significance of successful team work in action, promoting Win-Win attitudes at work.
