24 - Counter Terrorist

A thrilling multi-task team event giving guests the chance to experience life as an anti-terrorist officer. The next few hours are going to be critical....

What is it?

An unknown terrorist organisation has infiltrated your company, taking valuable and highly confidential documents. These have been locked in a case, booby trapped and set to explode before the day is over. It is imperative that these documents are recovered intact. Undertake tough challenges, analyse clues and follow the terrorists trail to save your company.

How does it work?

After the theft of the documents, the Counter Terrorist Unit is called in. They are recruiting new members from within your company. The new 'agents' are separated into teams and briefed by the CTU to follow a complex trail of clues unwittingly left by the terrorists.

The trail leads teams to a series of exciting challenges - which if successfully completed reveal cryptic clues. Once solved, these cryptic puzzles provide lock combinations and guide the teams to further challenges.

The number and type of challenges undertaken is totally flexible, and you can choose the activities to match your audience and requirements. Alternatively, we can work alongside you to tailor challenges especially for you.

The Challenges

Minefield
Your team stumble upon a minefield, laid out as a trap by the terrorists. In the middle of the field is another CTU agent, fearful of their life. They have stolen vital information from the terrorists but in doing so have marooned themselves. Team members harness themselves together for safety and use special anti-mine walkways to reach the stranded agent, gain the information and pave a safe route out.

Laser Helicopter Shooting
To avoid capture, the terrorist cell are communicating by transferring information via small radio controlled helicopters. Teams need the information held within these helicopters but cannot afford to shoot them down and destroy the information. Using specially developed laser guns, the budding agents should shoot to disable the helicopter's onboard computer and recover vital clues.

Rage Buggies
An informant has gained more information as to the whereabouts of the terrorists and code to the briefcase bomb, but will only release it if the agents can display great driving prowess. With off road 'Rage' buggies, the budding agents race against the clock and navigate a testing course. Destroying the informant's illusion that the CTU's driving skills are inadequate, teams can beat the course record and gain more vital information.

Heavy Water
The terrorists are looking for a way to divert the CTU's attention and allow them an opportunity to escape. Toxic liquid has fallen into the terrorists' hands and must be made safe before it finds its way into London's water supplies. Spill any during this process and you could be responsible for a contamination crisis!
Ensuring a steady hand at all times the teams of agents should plan, delegate and communicate under great pressure to avoid possible pollution and obtain further clues to the diffusion of the bomb.

Finesse Driving
With the counter terrorist agents hot on their tail, the terrorist cell have released tear gas canisters into the agents' path. Armed with only one driver, who has been temporarily blinded by the gas, the other team members should take it in turn to navigate their driver around a course of obstacles set up by the terrorists. Putting trust in colleagues and communicating effectively will allow teams to bypass the tear gas and take one step closer to their objective.

Grid
The terrorist organisation has left one final clue relating to the unarming of the bomb for their international associates. The CTU has managed to intercept this clue, although it is encoded within a series of wooden beams. The budding secret agents should delegate a logical team leader, and with careful time management and through limited methods of communication, put the life size wooden puzzle together; revealing a final clue in this race against the clock.

The Finale
After the final challenge is accomplished, the team will command the complete solution for locating the documents, disarming the booby-trap and unlocking the briefcase. Using logical and lateral thinking, CTU agents should decipher the puzzles acquired throughout the day. With all the clues pieced together, the team can tackle the bomb as the clock counts down. Success will mean the briefcase can be opened, the documents are recovered and your company's future is saved!.
