'What did I do at work today?' 'Well, firstly we had a meeting, then I changed into a bright yellow tee-shirt and shorts. I was then asked to cover myself in soap suds and water. On top of that I was bowled down an alley, yanked back by a giant bungy cord and had a game of human table football - Welcome to the zany world of crazy Knockout!

Champions Knockout - A fantastic contest as teams go head-to-head, spurred on by their enthusiastic supporters who are also engaged in the fiesta of fun. The winning squad will emerge as champions of the day, then watch their pride, standards and spirits soar back in the workplace!
Games could include: Penalty Shootout, Bungee Splash, Tug-of-War and Bouncy Boxing
Junior Knockout - A feast of fun, frolics and laughter, as tiny teams strive for victory with the excitement and exuberance of
youth. Hear the shouts of joy and triumph as they progress through our wacky challenges towards the final victory.
Games could include: Scott's Antarctic Mission, Foggy's Frantic Football and Chicken Run. We can even bring you the authentic It's a Knockout feel with Stuart Hall as your event compere.
