Money! Money! Money! Cash is the name of this game. Participants are invited to use their skills and judgement to amass the greatest net worth for their team. Every aspect of teamwork, entrepreneurial instinct, drive, commitment and sheer 'will to win' are examined - with Synergy the rewards are bountiful! The finale creates a pressurised cocktail of negotiation, interaction and co-operation in which any team can excel and take the accolades they so richly deserve.
What is it?
A business orientated, experiential 'one-team' challenge.
Amass wealth, test your nerve and put it all on the line for the sake of team profit. Then scan the trading room floor as the clock ticks down and spot potentially lucrative deals. Synergy is all about earning cash. Lots of cash.

How does it work?
Synergy challenges teams to amass the greatest wealth by completing puzzles and games whilst navigating through a testing computer programme. Examining important issues faced in the modern business world and providing a platform to learn valuable lessons, the game culminates in a fast paced test of nerve, speed and decision making.
Each team is allocated a Synergy laptop 'terminal', which acts as their team base. Here, team members receive instructions about the challenge, gain extra wealth by tackling a series of problems, and keep track of finances. A section of the team remains at the terminal throughout the challenge to tackle the business-based computer programme.
Team income is gained through hands on tasks in four earning zones. The higher the achievement, the greater the reward.
Earning Zones
Each of the four earning zones incorporate tasks to assess the resourcefulness of team members. These tasks examine group dynamics, and test entrepreneurial skills, collaboration and team work.
Earning zone challenges are chosen to suit your audience and requirements - speak to us to design a tailored set of tasks.
Teams' performances in the earning zones are rewarded with credit cards, which are fed electronically into the laptop terminals to increase teams' bank accounts. After all four zones have been visited, teams assemble at their bases for the finale.
The Frantic Finale: Hyper Dealing
The Hyper Dealing Finale creates a pressurised cocktail of interaction, negotiation and cooperation.
Against the clock, teams use the digital interface at each base to establish deals with each other. Each time a deal is agreed, both parties key specific pass-codes into their terminals and their bank funds are increased by 50%. A high tempo is essential; the more deals made, the more money is accumulated. However, judgement and diplomacy is required, as the dealing partners selected should be mutually beneficial.
In addition to intra-team collaboration, inter-team cooperation is needed to thrive in this frantic trade environment. As time ticks away and the end of the challenge is announced, key learning points are debriefed and lessons are taken back to the workplace.
