They are all exciting, one off events that have the power to WOW your guests.
Burns' Night
Supper always begins with Burns' own Selkirk Grace. The menu consists of cock-a-leekie soup and haggis with tatties and neeps, Tipsy Laird and oatcakes and cheese, all washed down with liberal tots of good Scotch whisky! The haggis is piped in by the chef, accompanied by a piper and addressed with Burns' own 'Address to a Haggis' poem. Traditional speeches and toasts punctuate the meal and the evening culminates with a fast paced Highland Fling!
St. Patrick's Day Craic
Bring forth the Guinness, the Blarney Stone and the Shamrocks because tonight is dedicated to the Emerald Isle! Will the leprechauns point you in the right direction for the pot 'o' gold? Watch Irish dancers dazzle your guests with feet tapping routines - can you keep up with them? Irish stew and whiskey will be on the menu, as is the obligatory Irish jig, accompanied by traditional Irish folk music!
Halloween Spooks Night
It's FRIGHT NIGHT!!! This is for all you ghosts and ghouls out there! Get ready for the Ballroom Blitz and the Monster Mash. Have your crosses at the ready for rogue vampires. Demons of the night BEWARE!
Thanksgiving Celebration
For our neighbours over the pond this day has special meaning, so why not get into the spirit and experience a different culture? Draw up a chair and enjoy a feast of roast turkey, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie! Tradition demands Santa to make his first appearance of the Christmas season - have you been good all year?
White Christmas
Have a fabulous traditional Christmas - complete with chestnuts roasting over an open fire, Christmas carols, snow and mulled wine! Its Christmas time - the season to be jolly! So put on your Santa outfits and dance the night away to the Jingle Bell Rock with Rudolph, Frosty and the gang! Watch out for that mistletoe!
