A Night at the Races
What is it?
A wallet-testing evening of thrills, oil spills and risk taking. Don't worry though - you'll be playing with someone else's money!
Have a flutter on the gee-gees, race your own mini McLaren for cash or bet on the groovy moves of a pig. An assortment of speed contests that could see you rolling in it before the night is over!
How does it work?
Playing as individuals or as part of a syndicate, each gambler is given an amount of fun money and a race card at the start of the evening.
The racing activities are then open to everybody, and the wagers can begin. How do you fancy your chances when a fraction of a second means big money?
The evening is all about enjoyment and the event is informal - allowing guests to have a drink, gamble and network with each other. Customise your evening by selecting any combination of racing activities to bet on.
Gambling Activities
Video Horse Racing - We provide six to eight races throughout the evening, with each race having eight starters. We will provide a video screen and MC who will ensure your race night runs smoothly. To assist the host we also provide jockey girls who will sell the tote tickets, calculate the winnings and pay out to the winning ticket holders. Races can be run one after another, or spread out over the evening with much needed drinks breaks in between!
Grand Prix - Giant Scalextric - Nyeeeoww!! Test your skills around this fast and furious six-lane track. Drive deftly around the chicanes, under the bridges and avoid the fencing, grass, and hopefully the grandstand. Bet on who you think will be at the top of the podium and try to avoid the spray from the magnum of champagne. Insurance for an F1 car has never been so cheap!
Remote Controlled Grand Prix - One for summer parties and outdoor events: Race a team of remote controlled cars around a circuit and tear up the tarmac, under the watchful eye of the pit crew and referee. Take control of a compact supercar and edge past your little rivals to win big money!
Dice Horse Racing - Equestrian hi-jinx with a difference. Determine the order of the horses yourselves at a roll of the dice. The roll will take some effort though - you'll have to manhandle these giant cubes of chance!
Electric Elvis Pig Racing - I take it we're all familiar with this one. Oh... Really? Alright then - ten small furry robot pigs dressed as Elvis shake, rattle and roll on a roulette board. Bet on your favourite farmyard friend and watch them bust some moves as the music plays. Where will they land when the music stops? A mad game of chance where the pig is king!
Mega Bar Football - Table soccer with a difference. Four tables are joined together for your teams to play a gigantic table version of the beautiful game. Bet on which team will win, then grab a handle and try to sway the outcome!
